MCE Like skin error in latest version

Hi CodeMonkey.

I'm not really surprised. I made quite a few changes to the skin files in the last release. Its now much much easier for users to create their own skins, but this did come at the expense of breaking the MCE like skin. Unfortunately, this was the price of progress. I made sure the Blue, Flat Blue and Red skins were updated appropriately.

Hopefully other users will find time to fix this skin, or provide new ones, and I'll make them available on the website.
