Did a search and found the delay settings for the Hauppauge IR Blaster. Is there a similar option somewhere in the config files for the USB-UIRT?

In the USB-UIRT file that was learnt, you can specify two lines:

InterCodeDelay=200
RepeatCount=4

These are the defaults if not specified. You could try tweaking these values.

I haven't had a chance to change the settings yet. My PVR is right in the middle of a recording. I'll have to try it later tonight.

I'm sure it'll be fine, just have to find the right setting for the receiver you're using. Don't forget to reboot or restart the service after making the changes. GBPVR might need to reload your remote data file.

Its always going to be a bit slow with an IR blaster, if that is what you mean. The delays settings mentioned above are just in the case where the set top box isnt correctly identifying the series of digits transmitted. It wont typically help make things any faster.
