Static On Channels 25 & Above & Only /w GB-PVR

sub/all,

I even removed my card and all settings from my computer and reinstalled but the problem still persists even if I am plugged directly into the outlet.

Any other suggestions?

If you've got broadband, and are happy to briefly setup remote connectivity (VNC or similar), then I'm happy to connect and take a look.
