Recording fails to stop

I have set a number of recordings (via normal tv guide and selecting record on my remote - appropriate programme turns red - so all looks well)

It then seems to be recording according to the pending however it cannot stop the recording.

The logs show:-

I have attached all logs if they help.


Any suggestions ?
