Deleted show played when asked to resume on next show?

This is a wierd one, I thought it would only happen once, so left it the first time, but now it's happened 3 times. It goes like this (all though the MVP) and via the Xrecord screen.

- I play one of two (or more) similarly named files in Xrecord Screen. I may have paused it once or twice when watching it.
- I delete the show.
- I start to play the next show with a similar name.
- I hit the blue button on the (45 button newer) Hauppage MVP remote (did they change something in the mapping maybe?).
- It SHOULD pop up the OSD in GBPVR, but instead pops up a RESUME/RESTART screen, which when I press resume or restart, resumes (or restarts) the previously DELETED file (I swear, my wife will back me up) at the point I may have previously paused the DELETED file.

What happens when a file is deleted? Is it not actually deleted until you exit GBPVR?

It would seem that the problem lies with the newer dongle.bin for the Media MVP.

dongle_gbpvr_9612.bin vs. dongle_25_24023b.bin vs. dongle_3_0_24088.bin

I went back to dongle_gbpvr_9612.bin and it seems OK, no gremlins on the blue button push.
