Got picture and sound but not changing channels yet so far its looking promising not sure what to set these at either

I'm not sure about the other one - it depends on how the directshow filters all hookup with this device.

Hey whats it mean if the remote (mce) works but wont change channels (saturn top box)everything else works ..but it all works in mce including channel changing (still reading up but you may save me some time hehe)

You'll probably need to set up HIP if you want to use the MCE IR Blaster. There is a bug in the current version of GB-PVR that stops it working.

That said, there are some old Jerrold cable boxes that Saturn supplied a few years ago that dont use standard IR signals and wont work with an IR Blaster.
