Weather Plugin - Not refreshing/not animating

Hello, same problem with the weather plugin showing °C. I have tried various locations (Toronto, Frankfurt) and they all show up with °F values but with a °C symbol even if "show in si units is selected". It works properly if you add a 5 digit US zip through config.exe (plugin - weather tab). The source code shows a °F to °C conversion only if the city code is 5 digits long. If someone can change the source to make it work because I don't know enough about the C# software...
