timeshifting not working

I have a Theater 550 card that seems to work pretty well with gb-pvr. I am having problems when I try to enable timeshifting. I can watch live tv, but when I attempt to go into time-shifting mode by hitting pause, I get the message that it is switching to time-shifting mode and it hangs there. Never actually starts playing the tv again. Any ideas what I am doing wrong?

Reproduce the problem, then zip and attach the logs and I'll take a look.

Problem solved!

I had set the buffer directory to a specific folder. Upon a system restore that directory was deleted so there was no live-tv buffer directory but the settings did not change in gb-pvr.

The program should give you an error message if a directory cannot be found. Is there a place where we can submit a bug?
