Updated to 97.9, database is empty

I was running 96.12 and just installed 97.9, and everything is almost as if I did a clean install. GBPVR.mdb is basically blank, only 492KB, while the backup I made before installing is 77,668KB. In Config, the capture sources and channels (basically whatever was in the DB) are gone, but all other settings (stored in config.xml) seem to be OK.

I've started the main program a couple times, so I don't know if the logs will have anything useful, I but I zipped up any log file modified today and attached it.

I restored my config.xml and gbpvr.mdb and reinstalled 96.12 and I'm back up and running at least.

Must have been a fluke or something wrong with the database. After I went back to 96.12, the database is now 4,840KB. Ran the install for 97.9 again and everything seemed to work fine this time.

That's about the size my mdb used to be after it had been compressed. Looks like when you went back to 96.12, the DB got compressed in the process.

Perhaps the 0.97.9 upgrade didn't like something in your ~77MB DB. Just a guess.
