Comskip not working after Transcoding turned on

Hi Folks,

I can't see anything about this so I figured I'd post. I'm running and older version of GBPVR and when I turn on the Trancoding option in the gbconfig my commercial skipping doesn't work. I have comskip set so it runs while recording, so the comskip file is there, but it seems that if the recorded file has been transcoded, GB pvr doesn't use the log file to skip the commercials. Has this behaviour been changed in recent versions so that it uses the comskip file on trancoded files?

If GB-PVR cant determine the FPS (frame per second), then commercial skipping is disabled. This is the case with some AVI files. Every release of GB-PVR has had this limitation.
