Live TV works, Timeshift/recordings Fail

I am using an ATI TV Wonder PRO (PCI) with the WDM Recorder plugin. I got my live TV to working fine, timeshifting doesn't work (I'm not that worried about it really) but my recordings fail. Logs attached.

BTW.... I have tried restarting the pc, and stopping and restarting the GB-PVR recording service. And the status of the recorder when I right click on the GB-PVR icon is always "sleeping". I am guessing that it is normal unless it is recording, correct?

Has this been working all along and then failed without new plugin installs, updates, ect?

New install that has never worked.

Recorder plugin and weather are all that I have installed. I am thinking about a reinstall at this point. With only the bare necesities. I was hoping to avouid that though.

Sub, thanks for the reply; I do appreciate it.

I pospted there, but it seems normans is on hiatus for a while. I was just seeing if any one else had seen anything like this.
