Hello,

I have been using GBPVR for a bit, as well as some of the other programs. I have finally decided to stick with GBPVR for several reasons, the most important it works (Never got BeyondTV working right)! Other reasons include speed of accessing channels (Media Portal, Got all Media are painful). Setup is the best of all the free programs(Media Portal is horrible setting up the EPG but it does automatically grap the HDTV which is nice). I do wish that there was some sort of transparent EPG as in the other programs when watching TV (Nice to be able to see several channels at once instead of only one)

Anyhow my three questions I have found a tough time finding answers to using search.

Is there some problem timeshifting HDTV (ATSC)? I currently have the DVICO Fusion5 RT Lite (Also tried out KWORLD ATSC 110 with no luck) installed with the latest drivers and GBPVR 97.9 and Cyberlink mux and decoder. I can record fine I just get an error when trying to timeshift.

Is there any way to setup the HDTV channels for channel 1021? This is convenient because then I can type in 1021 for channel 2.1 and keep everything in order. When I try this GBPVR only allows me to type in 3 numbers then quits, e.g 102.

Is there any way to not have the right click on a mouse exit immediatly from TV/Recordings/DVD. I ask this because I use my mouse as the primary control and every now and then the dogs come up to me and hit the blasted right mouse button and I have to start a movie over and find the spot I left off. I suppose I could use WinLirc, but I am curious about this.

Thanks in advance for your replies!

Are you timeshifting using the mouse ?

Try with CTRL Q to pause or use the remote and see if that helps.

I was timeshifting with the mouse and Sub had posted something about using CTRL Q instead and that the problem would be fixed on the latest release, but even with 97.09, the problem is still there.

In regards to the EPG - When I hit F1 a guide comes up which has 3 channels at a time (in the usual OSD position) which I can scroll up and down on.

On my display, the guide is semi transparent. When you select a program to view it's sypnosis the popup is semi transparent.

See if that meets your needs.
