Not sure whether I dont know how to set it up or it might be a feature request:

The only purpose I use the remote of my TV-set for is to start and stop it. Can a button on the remote (hauppauge in my case, the green power button or home button) be programmed to start and stop the TV-set via the remote blaster?

The remote blaster is dependant on hauppauge software and device lists. I think they only include set top boxes and not TV sets. For me, the TV and set top box are too far apart for the blaster to work both.

Mhhm..., another question: Is your Beanbag able to "learn" the signals from your TV-Remote?

If no, the i don't think there's a way for this with this remote. If yes, then it were PROBABLY possible.

That's the advantage of the MS MCE Remote V2: She can learn itself some commands (Power On/Off, Volume Up/Down). With the Power Button i control the LCD and with the Volume Buttons the Subwoofer of the 5.1 System.

After 3 weeks of usage the WinTV Remote (the new one, which looks like the MCE Remote), i sold her at ebay, because she's not easy to handle and use.
