I installed gb-pvr to e:\progra.... ( windows was booting from e:\), and everything was working like a charm. Later I removed my C:\ disk, but then I realized that the file zap2it.xml was stored in c:\ (looks like the default is c:\zap2it.xml).

Is there a way to reconfigure gbpvr to store this file in some other directory, and NOT C:\zap2it.xml?

Thanks,

I.

GB-PVR doesnt create any file on disk for zap2it unless you happen to change the default <SaveZap2itXML>false</SaveZap2itXML> setting in config.xml. If this is set to 'true' then it does write the zap2it data out to c:\zap2it.xml. This feature is only really intended to be for my use debugging, so doesnt really matter that the path is hardcoded.

mmmm.. that flag is set to "True".

Also, I was using the utility "epgextra", that's how I saw the error...

Do you suggest that I set that flag to false?

Thanks.

The default is false, but installing the epgextra utility may have enabled it. Unfortunately though, its not possible to configure where that file will be stored.
