Record Times

On some of my programs, the timing is wrong. The program is for example 1hour long but it shows up as only 7 minutes long. When i watch it it ends up being an hour long but now if i fast forward or rewind it never goes in the right spot.

I dont know how to explain it, but hopefully someone knows what im talking about.

I will also add, my windows is on drive C: ... i set up my GBPVR to send its files to X:, the same hard drive put partitioned.

Could this be the problem?
