Hello

Maybe I have misunderstood something but Is it not possible to see movies directly from the DVD drive?

Converted DVD to MPEG is not shown in the paths for DVD!

The yellow button "show DVD's" does that show what is in the DVD drive or what is lying under the paths for DVD?

In the video archive plug-in, DVDs means movies that have been converted to mpeg format. it does not show DVDs in their "native" format. Sorry.

I realize that this is an older thread, but the issue is related, so here goes:

I just installed the plugin (not the test / beta version) and transcoded my first DVD (2nd one working now). The DVD to MPEG utility did a great job of transcoding and then placing the MPG into the directory I specified for DVD's in the config.

Unfortunately, the DVD does NOT show in the list when I choose the "Show DVD's" menu selection (yellow button).

Also, I noticed that if you shut down GBPVR when DVD to MPEG is working, it will not go to the next step. I might suggest that you create upon execution of DVD to MPEG a .CMD file with ALL steps in it and then just launch it. That way the process hopefully can't be thwarted.
