Quote:I cannot verify Eureka's file size as it was deleted too quickly. But, both Stargate shows file sizes were smaller than normal and correlated to the shorter recording times shown when played back. I believe this is the case with the Eureka recording as well. I watched all 3 recordings and was startled when they reached the end prematurely, stopped, and GBPVR displayed the What's new category. Have you any ideas what is happening? If its genuinely not the complete file, and the logs look like the Eureka example I investigated, then thats usually a bad sign. In this case GB-PVR started and stopped the recording at the correct time, but somewhere in between these two points it sounds like your device stopped producing data. Some users have had this problem when their capture device is sharing an IRQ with another device.
Quote:Should I upgrade to the new version of GBPVR?They only two things I can think of that would cause this, based on the log entries in the Eureka example, was the timestamp problem, or your device spontaneously stopping producing data. Neither of these would be helped by upgrading the version of GB-PVR.
BTW, also worth checking its not something stupid like running out of disk space.
