I'm not sure if anyone else has this problem, but when ever I open any of the media folders with GBPVR the folders/file just seem to be in random order. Is there a way to sort them alphabetically or by creation data ... or better yet by both?

Thanks,
Scott

For me, the video and music library list the directories first, then the files - both in alphabetical order. That said, I'm not sorting them myself. This is the order windows returns them to me in, its possible that windows may return them in a different order but I've never seen it. Press Ctrl-B or the blue remote button, and it might be a little clearer.

Recording are listed by status, "completed" at the top, then "in progress", then "scheduled".

Ok, I switched the view, but they are still very out of order.

Perhaps you have some setting just in windows?

Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks,
Scott

Thats odd. Every directory I try is sorted by alphabetical order.

I'll add some code to force it into this order for everyone.

Ah, I think NTFS is always sorted. FAT32 may not be. Are you using FAT32?

I am running a completely XP system with the same issue. In Windows explorer everything is presented alphabetically, but in GBPVR not.

The various Music Library plugins will sort them alphabetically, but the generic Music Library doesn't.

This happened immediate after my upgrade to 97.13

Any thoughts on how to rectify this?

Warmly - Mark

Everything working fine - amazed at how well actually. GBPVR has revolutionised my entertainment experience. Thanks so much! Smile

I've fixed it for the next release.
