McBain, have you tried any of the later versions on Winamp, say 5.2 they added portable support (no WM5 though), you might see if your phone/card shows up in there, or if you can create the playlist in there and stick it on the card/phone

Hmm, I might have a try but would it create a standard .m3u playlist? I'm 99% sure the k750 can't read them.

Many thanks for the link dgeezer, but I can get the files on to the phone easy its working through them with the clunky k750 music player thats the hard part. :mad:

Spent a while googling but it seems the only way to create a playlist (in other words play all the songs from a particular folder) is to do it manually and on the phone itself. Oh well.

It does appear you can only create a playlist on the phone itself.

There is some free software for sony ericcson phones called something like float which my daughter was using for a while until I banned her.

she was driving the pc from her phone presumably via bluetooth which was a bit bizarre when she took control
