Compatibility with Dell USB 2.0 TV Tuner?

I just bought the Dell USB 2.0 TV Tuner (Lumanate Angel USB Tuner) and then realized it required MCE to operate. I'm running my laptop with XP Home. Is GBPVR compatible with this tuner?

I think it works. There was a thread a few days ago about this Lumanate Angle device. Worth finding and reading it.
