Occasional Skipping/Jumpiness

I just started using gbpvr a few weeks ago (built a new computer), and love the program in general, but am having a few issues.

When watching recorded videos, it is sometimes extremely jumpy (everything that's moving just skips around, and isn't smooth at all). - If I rewind or pause/play a few times, then it starts working and looking perfect. It USUALLY works fine with Live TV, but sometimes has the same problem.

Any suggestions?

It could be the quartz.dll issue. Check out the sticky thread on disappoint mpeg2 decoding.
