Hi All,

I am running v97.13 of GBPVR. I have set things up so that when LiveTV is selected GBPVR goes into Timeshift mode. Last night I hit the record button on the Hauppauge remote and chose the option to record until the end of the show. After the show ended I went to look for it so I could watch what had been recorded however it was no where to be found. I tried it again this time watching the Timeshift directory. I saw the recording file created and grow as the show progressed. However at the end of the show the file that had been created was apparently deleted. Anyone else seen this behaviour? Is there a simple explanation or fix?

All help appreciated.

Cheers
Richard

sub - not sure if this is a bug or feature request but as a similar sort of thing it would be handy to be able to hit the record button while timeshifting to save the shifted program to file to come back to later.

any thoughts on that ? let me know if you want me to explain more etc

Thats kind of what happens now. If you press the record button, you can select to record for some specified time, or until the end of the current show. It'll keep what you've already recorded up until the time you selected (end of show or specified time).

Right you are. There is a bug when you use this from permanent timeshift. I've corrected it for the next release.

I introduced this bug with changes to the popup in v0.97.13.

Thanks for pointing it out.

OK, thanks Sub. I shall look forward to the next release, otherwise everything is working well for me in this release.

Cheers
