Wont tune low channels

Order
1: pvr500 with FM tuner - tuner - device 1 - channels 2-100 basically

2: pvr500 - tuner - device 2 - channels 2-100 basically

3: pvr500 with FM tuner - s-video - device 1 - channels 2-1500

I see what happened and i am now removing the lower channels from my digital EPG.
