Wifi Device failed to init and then reboots

I recently had a power outage and when I turned everything back on my mvp has been giving me some problems. Before the outage everything worked fine. When I restarted this morning however my mvp gets to the checking for network status stage and then says it the wifi device failed to init and then it reboots itself and does it all over again.

I am on a wired connection for my network my mvp is not a new wifi one. Any help on this would be most appreciated.

It looks as though it loaded it just took quite a lot of time to do so. Even so I want to thank all of you that continue helping me with this project and Sub especially for creating it.
