Maybe you didnt install the required .net 2.0?

I had .net 2.0 prior to the upgrade and I just checked and confirmed it is still here.

I'm so dumb some times!!! Months ago I downloaded the .net version 2 but just placed the install file in a folder I named 'Microsoft .Net 2.0". When I found the folder I assumed the app was installed...NOT!...never executed. Arrrgh!!!
