Plugin Error after new Installation

I have followed all the pre-requisites before installing GBPVR for the first time. upon completion of the installation when the config utility tries to open I get an error message. something about not being able to load the plugin list. Here's the error log. since this is a brand new installation It would lead me to believe something is missing from the installation. Any help would be appreciated.

One other user got this. I'm not sure why. Try copying the empty.db3 file to a new files called gbpvr.db3 and it should be ok.

I went to do that and couldn't because there is already a file called gbpvr.db3

Any other suggestions?

OK, fixed it...here's the deal. I had installed it once before, not realizing that my SP2 install hadn't been done yet. So I re-installed it, installed SP2, then installed it again. Apparently when I un-installed it it left some remnants behind which was causing my error when I re-installed it the second time after SP2.

So, what I did is go into Program Files and deleted the old devnz directory that didn't get removed by uninstallation. then I re-installed GBPVR and voila, it worked perfectly.

Just wanted to pass allong the solution.
