Afaik it would be the switch to .Net2.0, but the problem is you can't do without .Net2.0 if you want to run GBPVR. It looks like you have to choose. At least you should/could uninstall webrunner and see if your problem is solved.

Where did you download the patch from? The MS article just says to ask Microsoft for it. PITA!! Any change you could post a link to the patch itself please?
