error playing file

At times I get an error playing file. I use Intervideo from WinDVD 7. Problem would occur with Intervideo from WINDVD 5 also. If I switch to Purevideo the recording will play. If I switch back to WinDVD 7 it will play.

Is there any details added to the Windows Event Viewer?

I found Windows Event Viewer. There is nothing there related to GBPVR or similar. Only VNC, which I didn't use until the problem appeared.

Sorry, I dont then. There was nothing obvious in the logs.
