Recovery of inadvertantly deleted recording

As the title says, is there any way to recover an inadvertantly deleted TV program recording?

P.S. perhaps GBPVR needs a 'Trashcan' folder that deleted files are 'moved to' that empties itself of files over some number of hours old... say 48 hours... so if a recorded program is inadvertantly deleted it can be found in the 'Trashcan' and watched from there. Big Grin
