Blinky! - Need some testers!

It was only designed to be running with GBPVR. The plugins wont load unless gbpvr is running.

Does this work with the current 1.0.16? There's only two files to install, so I don't think there's a high chance I screwed that up, but there's no light and no Blinky in the plugin menu of config.

nevermind i copied the xml file to the plugin folder and common folder and now it works

this works but i can only use mvp, pvrx2 wont load properly on pc with blinky.dll in the plugins/common folder
