For some weird reason gbpvr hiccups all hdtv feeds now and sdtv feeds when dealing with atsc soruces now. A few possible problems that can fix it?

1. Elecard mpeg decoder: When i use it...that little watermark block thing moves rapidly around the video. The decoder is registered, as far as i know.

2. Directx: After reading around ive discovered maybe the quartz.dll is a source of some problmes. Can anyone link to a 9.0b quartz.dll file?

3.?! Any other ideas?

thanks, zach

It does this when you're running an expireed trial version.

Hmm Nothing shows that its expired or anything. Ive uninstalled and reinstalled a few times now and nothing seems to change anything.

Im beginning to wonder if it is a quartz.dll problem because using nvidia or cyberlink decoder on my analog channels has the same stuttering, shaking video that my atscfeed does.

If its nine little squares, then it will be an expired Elecard evalulation generating this graphic/water mark. If you google for 'elecard nine squares' you'll find plenty of info about it.

Yes, quite possible.

Any idea how to register it ? Nothing under the menu has a register or anything

Also is there another way to swap the quartz.dll file. I cant boot into safe mode because tv doesnt display anything until windows boots...

You'd have to buy a legit install from Elecard. If your copy is legit, then email their support team and they'll advise how to fix it.
