Is anyone working with both of these currently and have them working? I have version 0.79.48 of Comskip which seems to work fine when call directly from GBPVR or from the PostProcessing.bat file. However, when I use Comclean (version 0.0.6) and I place the call in the PostProcessing.bat file, it creates the original backup and never gets any further... Is there something else that I am missing?
