empty comskip causes error in GBPVR

I just upgraded to 98.13 and I've noticed that an empty comskip file causes an error when the file is played and I press skip or OSD. I've circumvented this by deleting the comskip file and now telling comskip not to run for those shows (those shows that show a ticker)

E6400, 2 GB RAM ,500 GB + 250 GB HD, PVR150+ Adaptec 3610, RW 2 + HIP, Antec 2480 w/ mini ninja ...still using v 0.99
