I was just doing some DVB EPG scan tests and had selected the BBC HD channel to include in the guide. With the default 120 second harvest period, with 44 seconds to go an unhandled exception occurred..

Code:
Faulting application config.exe, version 1.0.2547.27414, faulting module gbpvrtsmux.ax, version 9.0.0.0, fault address 0x00002348.
There was nothing in the logs that indicated anything wrong.

Cheers,
Brian

hmm, ok. Sounds like there must be something in the transport stream that the 'TS mux' filter doesnt like. GB-PVR knows it cant use the other muxes on H264 channels, so its fallen back to the 'TS Mux' multiplexer. This mux option produces a partial TS file, only containing the audio and video stream (and the PAT/PMT tables).

If you do a manual recording on this channel for a couple of minutes, does the same crash occur? If so, maybe we could look at getting me a new transport stream file from this channel so I could test it?

Just so you know, the default these days is 60 seconds, since its got all its gonna get by the end of the first minute.

OK - been meaning to test this for a week or two now but haven't got around to it. I'll try and let you know. No problem with getting you another TS capture if you need one.

Obviously my setting is left over from a previous version - I'll adjust that. 2 minutes per mux is really tedious. Smile
