ATSC / HDTV / OTA / Tuner cards

I am in the process of designing a GBPVR system. I have been browsing the forums trying to get an idea of what tuner card to use. But have not had much luck. I need a tuner card capable of ATSC / HDTV over the air. I will be building a brand new PC to put it in. If money were not an issue, what card would you get and the reason why.

The 164e card just came out about 2 weeks ago. Reviews I've read so far is that the drivers are a little shaky at the moment and it runs hot. Given how new it is, I doubt anyone has tested it in gb-pvr, it may work, it may not. Wouldn't necessairly drop $200 on a maybe.

I use Kworld 110 and a Fusion HDTV RT Lite, happy with both of them, although the fusion is a better quality since the tuner is better. A friend of mine uses the USB cat's eye and from what I've seen the picture quality is really good.

The DVICO fusion cards are popular and work well.

I have the DTA-150 and it works great.
