Recording disappeared

Hi sub,

The wife's noticed a weird case of a recording that disappeared.
She went to Recordings->Ready pressed OK on the show and tried to play. It returned to the menu without any error, and the recording simply disappeared.
It is no longer on the disk either.

I've used UNIX grep to find all references to the show in question, and also collected all the logs (attached).

The only thing I see that's weird is the "PlaybackPositionManager.deleteLastPlaybackPosition" thingy.

This is the first time it's happened, to my knowledge.

Given the description of actions, and the fact the file is no longer present, and the lack of other reports of this problem, I'm guessing some one clicked the delete button instead of the play button... (I've been wrong before, but thats what it sounds like to me)

Well, someone might have. But with the new sound effects for every keypress on the remote, it's hard to believe, and it's never happened to her before, so I'd say that while you're probably right, I can't rule out the other option.
