I always wanted to use my TwinHan BDA device directly from GPBVR. Thanks to Sub and the latest patches that allows to scan channles, I am able to use both my PVr350 and TwinHan 102g.

The problem is that I am unable to use the DVB EPG stream and I tried to use a smaller set of channels from zap2it.

So on the 350 I have zap2it and on the Twinhan I also have zap2it. They get their channels from different profiles so that the 350 has many more channels than the Twinhan.

However, if the channel name is the same on both sources, then when I do en EPG update, channesl that have the same name get "Combined" into one so the EPG listing only shows either the 350 or the Twinhan, but not both.

At this point, I have the Twinhan without epg.

Is there any way to tell the EPG update to look at the capture source and treat them as separate channels, even though they have the same name ?

That means that I cannot use zap2it on more than one source ?

If i were to write some script to update the EPG as it is downloaded (UpdateEPG.bat), what tables do I need to update ?

Incorrect. You can use zap2it on more than one source, and lots of people do, but it assumes channels with the same name are infact the same channel (regardless of whether they come from different sources like analog cable vs satellite etc). When you schedule a recording on that channel, GB-PVR decides which source it will use (using preference rules I've described in several posts).
