Improvements to scheduling logic for multi-tuner setups

Can you go into detail about this? I have 3 tuners and have always changed the <PreferAlternatingCaptureSources> to True, and I would like to be sure that I should continue to do so.

Also, is the <TryToHonourPaddingIfPossible> part of the improvements?

In theory the best options to use are <PreferAlternatingCaptureSources>false</PreferAlternatingCaptureSources> and <TryToHonourPaddingIfPossible>true</TryToHonourPaddingIfPossible>.

PreferAlternatingCaptureSources affects scheduling time, and when set to 'false' will try to pack as many recordings in as possible, which leads to as fewer conflicts as possible.

TryToHonourPaddingIfPossible affects recording time, and when set to true, it'll see if the recording's allocated tuner is still in use (for example, previous recording's padding) - if so, it'll try to move the second recording to another available tuner.
