CCF code repeating

After several evenings trying to learn hip and how to make it work with GBPVR I am finally making some progress. I have a pvr150(MCE kit version) and am finding that CCF codes for my coolsat 5000 are working much better for the STB receiving the IR blast properly than learning codes to HIP or GBPVR. However, the problem I am having is that the blasts are being repeated multiple times in the IR test in HIP and when using it in GBPVR via HIP. I have the test IR set to 0 repeats but the key will be blasted 3 or 4 times. I am really hoping to fix this as I am having much better consistency with the CCF codes than I am with the learned codes blast.

If I recall my experience with CCF files.. you can see the repeated data in the file.. (this was found a lot in the CCF files available online)

backup your file, and edit the file with a text editor... find the repeated data, delete.. retest..

to be honest... not to burst your bubble.. I am not sure where...

but take a look at the file you created with the learn function... and see if you can see the correllation... my experience with Hip was cut short when my IR blaster unit just suddenly stopped working..

I was just trying to give you a clue on where to look...
