When I play back TV recordings, my commercial skip works fine, however there are some programs that can't be controlled by commercial skip and I need to fast forward thru the commercials or station breaks. Since I upgraded to 99.5, I been unable to get the OSD for the controls (stop,ff,rw or pause), and there is no response when I use my ATI Remote control. Although the ATI Remote controls everything else on my gb-pvr without a problem.
Can someone tell me what I can do to regain my fast forward, rewind, pause and stop controls.

Thanks!

Are you using the Cyberlink decoder with VMR?

Most default installs of the Cyberlink decoder dont work with VMR until you add a registry setting (EnableVMR=1 for VMR7 and EnableVMR9=1 for VMR9). The location of this registry setting can vary depending on where the decoder came from, but its usually: HKLM/Software/Cyberlink/Common/CLVSD

I decided to go back to the overlay rather the VMR. I was happy with the overlay before and everything worked, I just thought I would try VMR. So thanks again for your help. And as always..I'll keep supporting your work!!
