Recording programs has suddenly become unreliable

GB-PVR has been working fine recording multiple programs but the last few days nothing seems to record correctly. Just tested again, recording 2 programs at 20:00 and the recording service locks up at 19:58 and dies requiring a reboot! Any help is appreciated, logs attached.

I'm not really sure. There isnt an obvious cause in your logs.

I seem to have lots of problems without solutions :confused:
Can you think of anything that can cause the recording service to end, my event viewer shows .NET 2.0 error for the recording service at 19:58

Does it generate a file in c:\windows\minidump when this crash occurs?

I seem to have lots of problems without solutions

I guess some people are just unlucky

could it be a conflict with windows defender? just a thought......

could it be a conflict with windows defender? just a thought......

Maybe - it can be pretty hard to tell with this sort of crash without dump file that can identify what was occuring at the time of the crash.

If you're able to reproduce this problem reasonably easily, then you might need to do this http://forums.gbpvr.com/showpost.php?p=1...tcount=156 to ensure we can get a dump file

I disabled real time protection on windows defender and tried to duplicate the problem (recording 2 shows at 20:00) but all seems well Not sure if this is the cause but I'll post if it happens again
