It looks like the analog side of your HVR1600 drivers are misbehaving. No real clues in the logs why though.

You not running on Windows MCE, or running any other software that could be using the device?

It's a Windows XP MCE machine, but I have the three MCE services disabled.

I've gone through the list of running processes and am pretty sure there are no stray programs running that would access the device.

For what it's worth, when I run the Tuning Assistant, it finds the right channels but just displays a black screen.

It turns out that following the instructions from Hauppauge doesn't install all of the drivers. I found another program (HcwDriverInstall.exe) in the setup directory, and running it seems to have fixed things.

I have the same problem with HVR-3000. failed to start Conexant Graph.
The card works fine in Live TV, but not recording.

Works fine in other applications as WinTV and others.

Hi again.

Seems the only entry you need to put in the direct.ini is:

ENCODER_DISCONNECT_BUG=1

to get HVR-3000 to work.
