Time line and Comskip Problems

I have been having problems with the time line of some of my recordings. About half of the time they list a time line that is very inaccurate (an hour show showing that it is 7 minutes long). I am only able to fast forward to this point and then I have to watch it straight from then.

This is also having an effect with comskip. For the shows that have the wrong timeline, comskip shows commercials all being at the beginning of the recording. Comskip works fine for shows that have proper timeline.

I have wintv150 installed. Any help would be great.
