PriorityRecording problem

is that in the XML file??
I dont see that, but I do see "DefaultForce"

Yes, that is the correct element "DefaultForce". You can toggle it between yes and no. If Yes, I believe it will always try to use the capture source specified, if No, it tries the capture source specified however if in use, then it tries to schedule on another available capture source that has the program available.
