Receiving the following error on launch of Music Library 2

"ERROR: Object reference not set to an instance of an object."

On the Music Library 2 page I get
Artist ALL
A green Bar on left with ALL
a purple bar on right with all.

My music is in 4 sub directories under D:\My Music. This folder is set up as Music1.

I have checked and double checked placement of all files in their proper folder from the Zip files for MusicLibrary2.

Any help greatly appreciated.

When you set up the 4 subdirectories (in the ML2 Plugin config, not the main GBPVR directories config right?) Did you run a scan?

Shouldn't matter. If you did, can you post the logs for me showing gbpvr starting and you selecting ml2 from the main menu.

Can turn on the insane logging and post the gbpvr.exe.log again. I can't see the result of it loading the music collections.

In the MusicLibrary2 config screen you should have a tree list with Default in blue, then hanging off default you should have your four paths.

Can you confirm this?

psycik,

THANKS, you fixed it for me. I had not looked at the setting menu for ML2.

When I looked it was only pointing to C=Drive with a tree.
I added new path which is D-Drive, did a scan and BINGO, everything is working as advertised.

I love your plugin, just what I needed for my music.

I'm also NEW to this great program; what is isane logging and how do I turn it on?
Again, THANKS for your help.

it's in the specific configuration for ml2. There's an option for insane logging (mentions I should ask you to turn it on cos it creates really large logs).

And there is internal logging as well, and that creates a special musiclibrary2.log file.

This should all be listed on the wiki there's a fair amount of instructions on settings up the paths because of the collection system.

Good luck and glad you're enjoyingit.
