As I said above, its best to do two recordings at the same time to show this.

Sorry about that. Here they are. I recorded CSI and Ugly Betty for a couple of minutes. They both recorded with sound, but it got them mixed up. CSI was Ugly Betty and Ugly Betty was CSI.

Live TV is still soundless and the channel doesn't actually change.

Thanks sub.

sub,

Here you go. I recorded Ugly Betty and CSI simultaneously. They were mixed up. CSI was labeled Ugly Betty and vice versa.

LiveTV is still broken. The channel says that it changes, but it actually doesn't. There is no sound.

Sorry, wasn't sure if my last post made it. Thanks for your response. I guess I'll play around some more.

I hadn't even really started to troubleshoot recording. I'm still just trying to make Live TV work.

I can get the two cards working together by enabling one in device manager and then configuring it in GBPVR, and then doing the same with the other card. This has to be done in order from higher PCI slot number to lower PCI slot number. Don't ask how long that took to figure out. If you go from lower to higher, it does not work.

Bad news is, as soon as I reboot, everything goes to hell again. This is almost certainly not an issue with GBPVR. It's something with the ATI cards. It seems that many people have encountered issues with a dual ati setup, even on snapstream forums. I'm throwing in the towel on this one. If anyone knows how to fix it. please let me know. Until then, I'm buying Hauppauge.
