One channel sound problems including "Audio description"

I don't know if I titled this correctly.

I am having trouble with pbs channels ( i am in usa and am trying to record the high definition national public broacasting station feed) and sound using my digital tuner (hvr950). On the pbs channels I am getting sound only out of the left channel. In addition, I believe i am geting"Audio description", which can be annoying since I am not blind. This may be coming over the SAP channel...but I am not sure of that. I am getting no audio out of the right channel on pbs broadcasts. Also, the volume level seems to be half of what other channels are at. All of the other non-pbs channels I have recorded from do not seem to have this problem. Any thoughts?

I'm guessing when you did the channel scan, it found multiple audio streams for that channel, and you mapped to the wrong one?

You might be right sub. Seems to me there were a couple of choices. I picked the one that had AC3 in parens next to it. This was the same with most of my channels, though again, pbs was the only one that seems to be giving me troubles. I will try to remap.

Remapping my problem channels using a differrent audio stream fixed the issue. Originally channel's problem audio stream showed "000(AC3)" picked other audio stream that showed "000". Note: I do have some other channels that show "000(AC3)" for audio stream that do work...in fact some of those have no other choices. As always, thanks for your help sub!
