Need help to get Transcode to work-simple help me

i did have the addepisode command last, but it still didnt do it. it did it all separately

regardless, zPRocess looks like its a better solution, however I am having trouble getting it to
1) Start Automatically after GBPVR ends recording
2)the recordings are .mpg and need to be "Re-encoded" to .Avi, but when i use FFmpeg, the video quallity is whorible and blocky, if i take a file from Windows Media player (DVR-MS) it doesnt re-endcode, and it seems to work fine,
entirely sure yet if it got rid of commercials, only did the 1minute test

can anyone help?
