Recording presets

I want to use the Medium setting for recording shows that I'll export to DVD, and I want to use a NTSC 320x240 Custom1 setting for streaming. Can I set these profiles as defaults separately?

The 'Medium' profile is always used for the 'quick record' function. For other recordings you setup you can specifiy whatever profile you want to use for that recording.
