Here is some general info on what I am running:
PVR150MCE w/ remote and IR Blaster.
GBPVR with channel changing via HIP.
Motorola DCT2224 STB.

Here is the problem:
Say I want to turn to channel 25, it will do 1 of three possibilities. Tune to channel 2, turn to channel 5, or tune to channel 25 correctly.

Same goes for any multiple digit channel. Single number (1-9) tune great.

I have narrowed this down to what I think is the delay between what channels it tells the STB to go to. So I figure I just need to add a slightly longer delay, maybe 1000ms to fix it. My problem is I don't know where exactly to do this.

Anyone have any directions for me?

Thanks!

Yes, it sounds like the delay to me. There should be some setting in HIP for changing this. Sorry - I've never used HIP myself so cant narrow it down...

Don't forget the blaster is really finicky on the pvr150. The LED is a visible LED and not infared so the placement is very important. If you change to an infared diode it will work much better.
